The WaterCar Panther is a fast vehicle that transforms from car to boat under 15 seconds and can go as fast as 44 mph over water and 80 mph on the road. The car has a Honda sourced 3.7-liter V6 engine. It is made from lightweight fiberglass and can take abuse on the road. Looks like a lot of fun to drive.
