I am not a big fan of putting on a tie, especially on hot summer days. The USB Necktie Cooler 3 is designed for those hot and humid days. It cools you down as you do your work. It looks like a tie but has a fan that is powered by your PC’s USB port. You do have the option to get a portable battery for it. Another “interesting” Japanese invention.
