I don’t know about you but I am a big fan of Mochi and rice cakes in general. Making your own rice cake won’t be hard if you have a device like the Tiger Rice Cake Maker. It has a non-stick inner container with short impeller for Mochi and long impeller for Miso. A 6oz measuring cup and steam plate are included. Not cheap but if you like rice cakes, getting one of these is not a bad idea.
