The Scoop is one of my favorite exercise machines. It is a seated lateral trainer that gets your feet moving. It is great for seniors who want to work their legs to prevent falls. It is also useful for rehab. It has a lightweight design and bidirectional movement. The TheraScoop is the upgraded version with 8 resistance levels. It is about 10lbs heavier, so it will stay put as you exercise.
The TheraScoop is rated for users up to 315lbs. The original Scoop also had adjustable resistance but that has a very limited range. This new model can give you a tough workout at max level. It has a display that shows time, calories, and stats. Unlike the original version, the TheraScoop doesn’t move much as you go hard. It also has a carry handle, so you can easily move it around.
