Meet the Stonecrysus wearable: a smart activity tracker that learns how much you eat, sleep, and move to help you achieve your health goals. Its software analyzes your habits to determine how you can improve your health. So what makes this device different from all other activity trackers we have seen? Here is how:
Stonecrysus doesn’t define an apple as 70 calories. Instead it looks at how an apple has affected you in the past to determine how it will affect you today, based on your current health… Stonecrysus doesn’t define a mile run as 125 calories burned. It looks at how running a mile has affected you in the past to determine how it will affect you today, based on your current health and fitness.
Based on your goal and data, the device recommends when to eat, how much to eat, and how to push your body to maintain your health. You can add your foods, track your activity, monitor your sleep, and track the progress you are making towards your goals.
The Stonecrysus wearable can track various activities, including walking, jogging, cycling, pilates, weight lifting, and sleep. You can wear your Stonecrysus on your wrist/ankle, in your pocket, or however you like. The device can calculate your BIRN too (Basic Internal Requirement Needs). The device is expected to have Android and iOS apps if it is properly funded on Kickstarter.
