Amphibious cars are nothing new. We have covered a bunch of cool ones here in the past. The Speedycopter is a street-legal amphibious car made from a helicopter. Jeff Bloch spent 3000 hours converting a Vietnam attack chopper and an 86 Toyota chassis into this vehicle.
