In the future, more robots are going to be used to explore the planets in our solar system and beyond. Take SpaceBok for instance: it is an innovative planetary exploration quadruped robot designed by a Swiss student team from ETH Zurich and ZHAW Zurich. It is designed to test walking and jumping in low gravity environments.

SpaceBok can jump up to 2m high in lunar gravity. It uses a reaction wheel to control its orientation and stabilizes its body on its way down to maintain balance.
