Meet the SEER robot: a humanoid robot head that not only maintains eye contact with people near it but can also mimic their facial expressions. The Simulative Emotional Expression Robot was made by Takayuki Todo. It has two modes of operation. It uses a camera to recognize and tracks facial features in real-time.
