Robot-assisted surgeries are nothing new. We have already covered a couple of robots that can be used to perform minimally invasive surgery on patients. Researchers at the Fraunhofer IPA have come up with a new way to make life easier for surgeons. Their robotic third hand can hold and reposition an endoscope camera and other tools without getting tired.
