Virtual reality gaming is getting quite exciting with Oculus Rift and other products coming to the market soon. PrioVR happens to be another system designed for gamers interested in getting a more immersive gaming experience at home. It brings you and your movements into virtual environments. The system uses accurate inertial sensors to offer you 360-degree real-time motion tracking without the need for cameras and bulky equipment.
The sensors are placed on various parts of your body to capture your movements and translate them on-screen in real-time. The system is wireless and supports multiple simultaneous users. PrioVR is available in 3 versions, but all include two hand-controllers with action buttons, triggers, and joysticks.
You get a demo game to test this system. This system could be especially exciting to developers. It is available on Kickstarter.
