There are plenty of smart glasses and augmented reality wearables available on the market. They are not cheap though. If you know your Raspberry Pi, you can always build your own wearable computer. PiGlass is capable of capturing HD photos and videos and uploading them to Dropbox via WiFi.

You can stream music from your phone to PiGlass via Bluetooth. YouTube videos can also be streamed to PiGlass. You are going to need a Pi Zero W, spy cam, Bluetooth dongle, safety goggles, and a few other parts to get started. Adafruit has the instructions for this project available here.
