Meet the Mooltipass: an open source device designed to keep track of all your passwords. The device remembers your passwords and keeps them encrypted. It lets you decrypt your credentials with a pin-locked smartcard. Even if attackers get hold of your database or smartcard, it will be useless to them without your personal code. To use the Mooltipass, just connect it to your computer, insert your smartcard to unlock, and use your pin to get started.
The device asks your permission to send your credentials to websites. It types your password for you like a keyboard. This open source solution is expected to be compatible with Windows, Linux, Mac and even Android devices. Integration with websites is done via a Google Chrome plugin. The device is small and easy to carry around. Like what you see? You can support this product on Indiegogo.
