We have seen a bunch of cool Mercedes-Benz concept cars in the past. The Mercedes-Benz Concept IAA looks quite unique though. It is an intelligent aerodynamic car that changes mode to offer you better performance when you have reached a speed of 80 km/h. At that point, numerous aerodynamics measures are taken:
four-door coupé turns into an aerodynamics world champion: eight segments extend at the rear, increasing its length by up to 390 millimeters; front flaps in the front bumper extend by 25 millimeters to the front and 20 millimeters to the rear, improving the air flow around the front end and the front wheel arches; the Active Rims alter their cupping from 55 millimeters to zero; and the louvre in the front bumper moves 60 millimeters to the rear, improving the under body air flow.
As you can see in the above video, the interior of the car comes with a host of useful tools to enhance your driving experience. More information is available on mercedes-benz.com.
