In the past few years, we have covered plenty of strong  electronic chessboards here. The Mephisto Chess Explorer is also worth a look. It is a neat chess computer with 64 playing levels, 6000 opening moves and an estimated rating of 2000 ELO. It comes with a 5-digit backlit LCD display. It has a pressure sensory board that makes it super easy to enter the moves.

You can store the pieces on the left and right compartments of the board.
