🤖 Marty the Robot: Dancing Coding Robot from Robotical -- Gadgetify

Marty is a fun humanoid robot from Robotical designed to teach kids basic coding concepts. It supports app and screen-free programming. You can set up complex moves via drag & drop on your phone. This robot can walk, dance, kick a tiny ball, and express itself with its eyebrows. It has a speaker to play all kinds of sounds.

The latest software version brings a whole host of new capabilities to this robot. It now has an extended noise library. It comes with text to speech features. You can drag & drop blocks to change voice and have the robot say all kinds of words in different languages. There is even a translation option. Just like other functions, you can take advantage of these features via drag and drop.

In order to update Marty, you are going to need a Bluetooth or USB connection. While updates can be done through the Marty V2 app, it could take up to 10 minutes. The USB method is much faster and more suitable for those of you who have multiple robots to update.

Marty already comes with everything kids would need to get started right out of the box. Additional Marty modules such as LED arms/eyes/feet and sensors can be purchased to extend its capabilities.
