Meet the Lumafit: a fitness tracker with apps for fitness and relaxation. Unlike other fitness trackers, you wear this behind your ear. You can use it to track your gym sessions, give yourself a tough workout, and even try yoga. You will be able to track sit-ups, squats, lunges, many other workouts. The device can also track your yoga sessions. The developers are making three apps for iPhone and Android that will help you track your bootcamp sessions, gym exercises, and yoga (which is made possible with heart rate tracking the device offers).
The Lumafit measures calories burned, pace, form, and heart rate (using optical light sensors). You can create your own programs and sync with MapMyFitness and MyFitnessPal. The device has a 3 axis accelerometer, Bluetooth, 100 mAh built-in battery, 6 hours of battery life, and 30 meter working range. There will also be a SDK available for developers. The Lumafit is on Kickstarter right now.
