ChatGPT is one of the fastest growing AI tools around. It can answer complex questions, write articles, generate images with DALL.E, come up with a business plan, and do a whole lot more. Many companies are racing to integrate it with their products. The Lucyd Antimatter XL is a gorgeous pair of open ear Bluetooth sunglasses with ChatGPT support. You will be able to use voice commands to get directions, play music, and learn about new topics. Innovative Eyewear, the good folks behind it, were kind enough to send us a pair to review. Here is what was included:

For starters, the Lucyd Antimatter XL Sunglasses are perfect for people with a wide head. Ours came with a pouch, cleaning cloth, dual magnetic charging cable and an adapter. It has a multifunctional button on each arm, which you can hold to activate Siri and get your questions answered via ChatGPT.

We found the setup process to be fairly easy. To get started, you want to make sure your iOS device is running a fairly recent version (iOS 16.1 or later). Once you have downloaded the app and paired the glasses to your phone or tablet, you can turn on Lucyd shortcuts with Siri. You have two ways to interact with your favorite voice assistant: by holding one of the buttons for two seconds or using the app and tap to speak.

Antimatter XL glasses are quite stylish and go easy on your eyes thanks to UV400 polarized lenses. They have a lightweight design, so you can wear them comfortably for hours. They have noise cancelling microphones and 4 speakers. You can use the left button to lower volume and the right button to raise it. You can triple tap to skip tracks backward or forward. To pause, simply double click one of the buttons.

Lucyd is also great for taking calls. You can double tap to answer a call or hold a button for two seconds to decline. You can switch between calls by briefly pressing either button. The biggest selling point of these sunglasses is their voice assistant support. You can simply speak to get directions, play a free station, or even send money with Venmo or Apple Pay.

Overall, these open ear Bluetooth sunglasses worked like a charm. They let you listen to music, podcasts, and other audio content while staying aware of your surroundings. The speakers performed very well in our tests as we had no trouble hearing our music or voice assistant responses. Pairing to iOS and Android was fairly straightforward. Being able to access ChatGPT with voice commands added a whole new dimension of convenience. The battery is supposed to last for 12 hours. For our review, we used Lucyd for about 8 hours over two days and still didn’t need to recharge. The best part? You are not limited to this frame as there many other stylish designs on Lucyd’s website.
