Robots are going to serve customers in many retail stores in the future. Lowe’s is already exploring this idea with the LoweBot. It is a NAVii autonomous retail service robot that will be introduced in 11 Lowe’s stores throughout the San Francisco Bay area. These robots will be able to answer simple questions to customers, freeing up time for employees to focus on more important projects.
