I don’t know about you, but we use smartphones more than regular cameras for our photos and videos. With proper lenses and accessories, you can even do more with your smartphone camera. Recently, the good folks behind Limelens lenses sent us a set to test on our smartphone. It came with a fisheye lens with a 190-degree viewing angle and a dual macro/wide lens.
The set comes with multiple Limeclips to support a wide variety of smartphones and tablets. The included alignment disc makes the installation process easier. Remove the film from the back of the clip to attach it to your phone. Place your chosen lens in the arc of the Limeclip properly, and you are ready to go.
The instruction guide suggests these lenses are compatible with iPhone 4 to iPhone 6s Plus, Samsung Galaxy devices, Sony smartphones, and various tablets. We only tested it on an iPhone 6 though. Our iPhone 7s Plus didn’t work with these lenses.
