The KipstR is such a gadget. It features a pulse-oximeter that can measure when you are dozing off. Ryan Oliver (15) and Jonathan Kingsley (14) are behind this cool idea. The wristband automatically sets a TiVo box to record whenever the wearer falls sleep in front of the box.
