Most of us have seen a Newton’s Cradle in action in a physics class or even at toy stores. It is a device that demonstrates conservation of momentum and energy via a bunch of swinging spheres. The Kinetic Light Newton’s Cradle takes it a step further by introducing multicolor LEDs, so you can kill even more time with your toy.

Each frosted glass sphere has two LEDs, with lights reacting based on their position. Once you start a kinetic chain reaction with one ball, others will change their color in response. This toy measures 7″ wide, 6″ deep, and 7 3/4″ tall. It weighs 1 lb without batteries. Not the cheapest toy but looks like a lot of fun to play with.
