Here is a smart glove that lets you feel out-of-reach objects underwater and locate sunken objects using sound. Each finger has its own pump, which collects the surrounding water and pressurizes it under each finger when triggered. As you get closer to an underwater object, the stronger the pressure becomes.

As Popular Science explains, these gloves use a MaxBotix MB7066 sonar sensor, small motors, and an Arduino Pro Mini. The above video covers how they work.
