This smart device uses the location of your smartphone to automatically set the temperature for your home and save you money. It saves you money when you are not home but will have your house at your preferred temperature when you get home.
The Lyric thermostat has a Fine Tune feature that takes indoor and outdoor temperature, weather, and humidity into account to do the job. You get Smart Cues that help extend the life of your system. The Lyric thermostat monitors your home, so you don’t end up with a nasty surprise when summer or winter comes by. You get alerted in case of extreme temperature or irregularities in your heating and cooling system.
The Lyric thermostat is compatible with iOS and Android devices. It is available for $279 starting August 2014.
