Fly Jacket: This Jacket Lets You Fly Drones Like a Bird

There are plenty of convenient ways to control drones these days. EPFL researchers have come up with a new way that lets you control a drone like a bird. The Fly Jacket is designed to give drone pilots a more immersive experience. It allows pilots to lean forward/backward and pivot their body to interact with their drone.

The Fly Jacket uses embedded motion sensors developed by EPFL Laboratory of Embedded systems. FPV goggles are used to complete the experience. Since this jacket keeps the hands free, drone operators can wear data gloves for additional drone commands.
