DIY: Build a VR Skateboard with Arduino

In the past few months, we have covered a bunch of cool controllers that let you get an even more realistic VR experience. As Matthew Hallberg demonstrates, you can easily build a VR skateboard with an accelerometer/gyro and Arduino board to transfer your motion into a VR game.

You will just have to lean left or right to move. Lift up the front wheels to make your character jump. This solution only works with Android phones compatible with Google Cardboard at this point. An MPU-6050 accelerometer/gyro, HC-06 Bluetooth module, and Arduino Leonardo where used to complete this.
