In the past few months, we have covered many cool mechanical dice games here. The Demley Auto Dice is a mechanical dice game from the 1920s. It has a simple rotating mechanism that shows you a new pair at the push of a button. You can hold it as long as you like or release it quickly to get 2 new digits. The Compu-A-Dice was made a bit later. It has LED lights that rotate when you push the button. When they stop, they will light up a number on each side.

Both of these are compact enough to easily fit in your pocket. The Demley Dice doesn’t require a battery. It is thinner and doesn’t have any removable parts. The COMPUT-A-DICE has a removable face, so you can easily see the mechanism inside. You will need AA batteries to get it going.
