Autonomo: Solar Arduino Board for Autonomous IoT Devices

In the past few months, we have covered plenty of awesome Arduino-compatible microcontroller boards. The Autonomo is quite special though. It is a matchbox sized microcontroller board powered by a solar panel. It features the Atmel Cortex M0+ 32bit microcontroller and can be used to create devices that can notify you of things that interest you.

The device is perfect for creating autonomous internet of things devices. It can accept your Grove sensors and actuators. Autonomo has a modular design, allowing you to choose the communication module that works for your project (e.g. WiFi , Bluetooth, 3G).
