Atlas Robot Can Do Parkour

Atlas from Boston Dynamics has gotten a lot of coverage in the media over the years. As this latest video from the company shows, the robot can now do parkour moves. It relies on a control software to coordinate legs, arms, and torso to jump over logs and take a leap.

Atlas uses computer vision to locate itself and hit the terrain accurately. It can perform step jumps up to 40cm. Pretty special, don’t you think?
