New AMD desktop processor! Ryzen 7 5800X3D reveal (with 7000 series sneak peek)
With Intel’s new processors performing very well in benchmarks, it was only a matter of time before AMD released new processors for gamers. The AMD Ryzen 7 5800X3D has the same 8 Zen 3 cores and 16 threads as Ryzen 7 5800X but uses 3D V-Cache technology for 96MB of L3 cache for faster gaming.

This processor is expected to boost gaming performance by 15% over Ryzen 9 5900X. It can support PCIe 4.0 on X570 and B550 motherboards. Expected to ship starting April 20.
