Here is a 3D printed robotic arm designed to make life easier for wheelchair users. Danial Saroneh developed this prototype for his Master’s thesis in mechanical engineering at Technical University of Denmark. Controlled manually, the robotic arm can pick up and manipulate objects.

The current version was 3D printed with an Ultimaker 3D printer. It is controlled manually without a feedback system. We would love to see haptic feedback and other advanced features added to this in the future.
